🚀 Q2 2026 Platform Updates

This release includes nine updates across the platform — including an AI executive summary generator, a fully redesigned service editor with auto-save, and real-time financial tracking. All features are live and available in your account.

 

AI-Generated Executive Summaries

Users with the appropriate permission can now generate an executive summary for any project with a single click. The AI agent reads the services you've already scoped and produces a polished, client-ready summary — no blank-page writing required.
 
How to use it: Open a project → click Generate Executive Summary

in the executive summary header (permission required).

Upgraded Service Editor with Auto-Save

The project service editor has been fully rebuilt to match the new design system. Every change now saves automatically — no manual save required, no lost work if you navigate away.
 
What's new:
Cleaner layout, faster interactions, and auto-save on all data changes.
 
 

Real-Time Financials in the Project Header

Revenue, cost, and profit now update live in the project header as you add and configure services.
 
You can see the financial impact of every change immediately without refreshing or navigating away.

 

Multi-Condition Approval Rules

Business approval levels can now combine multiple trigger conditions. For example: require manager approval when revenue exceeds $10,000 and the project includes one or more custom services.

Previously,only a single condition per approval level was supported.

How to configure: Settings → Business Approvals → Edit an approval level → Add conditions.

 

Vendor Resource Management

You can now add vendor resources directly to projects.
 
New controls include:
- Add Vendor Resource — assign a vendor resource to a project with its own hourly cost and price
- Cascade delete — when a resource is removed from a project, it's automatically removed from all associated services (no manual cleanup)
- Permission controls — configure who can edit hourly cost and price for vendor resources

 

Cleaner Text Editor

The text editor has been replaced with an improved version that uses a
single shared toolbar per page instead of one per editable text area. Each text region is also resizable — drag it larger or smaller as needed. This replaces our existing "SM" and "Lg" buttons for resizing the editor.
 

Redesigned Platform UI

The updated design system has been rolled out to the following areas this quarter:
- Approvals
- Notes
- Contacts
- Locations
- Work Breakdown
- Overall Pricing, PS Pricing, MS Pricing, Product Pricing, Payment Credits
- Settings → Users & Groups (all items)
- Settings → Clients and Accounts list
